My name is Dave Bohr, owner of Apex Contest Prep. I am a full-time online personal trainer originally from Detroit, MI now based out of Orange County, CA. I am MuscleTech-sponsored athlete, and also sponsored by GENr8 maker of Vitargo. My goal is simple, to help you reach your goals by assisting you with every single factor related to a successful transformation.

If you become a client I will not just write you a customized diet, workout, cardio, & supplement plan. But I will stick with you along your entire journey, continuing to steer you down the right path, while making changes throughout whenever necessary to keep you progressing to your goal. 90%+ of my business is solely online by choice.

I have over a decade of experience in person training but Online Training is my true passion. I usually have a waiting list for in-person work and will only open a couple slots per year. I think part of the reason I have a very high success rate with online training is because I’ve put so much time in to evolving my training system over the years. I won’t go too into detail on the system but I will attach a few screen shots of the routines you can expect:
